So we have this neighbor who sits in his house looking out his blinds or through his front door slightly cracked open. He does this 365 days a year and Robin and I think he wont the lottery or got a huge settlement from being hit by a bus or something. He doesn’t work, he’s always there and he is always wearing flip flops with socks. Anyways, the guy is completely decked out for Halloween. He has the caution tape and the lights-a-blaring spider-webs and pumpkins. If you come by my house i’d reckon you stay clear from mr old creepy hammer-pants, i wouldn’t trust him further than i can spit.

“I think he wont the lottery” what the hell does that mean? I didn’t know someone could wont the lottery I know people can win the lottery or buy a ticket and not win anything but didn’t know it was possible to “wont the lottery.”
